this image of bridge pose tugged on my heart strings the moment i laid eyes on it

i cannot wait to teach my little ones yoga someday

there is something so beautiful and pure about a child practicing yoga

as adults we have limitations because of injuries, out past, our fear…our everything

but little ones- they are so fearless

it’s beautiful and amazing

and not to mention quite inspiring
