to celebrate our 5 year anniversary,
relax, recharge and chill on the beach

i can’t wait to come back a better person
i was chatting with my mom on the phone this morning
and she wanted to know what about my vacation will make me a better person
my reply was simple
S L E E P
and yes, i do actually believe sleep, relaxation
{and of course taking a step away from the computer,
from design work, from teaching yoga, all of it}
will make me a better person
and i will come back ready to give more
to my clients, students, family and friends
and if y’all are reading this and it doesn’t happen when i get back
just slap me on the side of my head
i will appreciate the wake up call
